Sr. Architect

Location: Pune
Department: Architecture
Reports to: Ar. Shahnawaz Jamadar
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design development and project management for diverse architectural projects.
Manage project teams, mentoring junior staff and ensuring quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver innovative, sustainable designs.
Oversee technical drawing production, review construction documents, and ensure code compliance.
Provide leadership throughout the design process and during construction administration.
Advocate for sustainable design practices and integrate them into projects.

Qualifications:

4-6 years of professional architecture experience.
Licensed Architect (or in the process of licensure).
Strong proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Proven leadership and project management experience.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for innovative design.
